Managing Director

Mr. Phiri is the Managing Director at CPS Engineering Enterprise Limited. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Copperbelt University (CBU) and is a certified Safety and Risk Assessment Practitioner from the International Business Management Institute of Berlin, Germany. Mr. Phiri is a seasoned Electrical and Electronics Engineer with more than 12 years of working experience in design, construction, installation, and commissioning of power systems apparatus.

Mushoke Albert

Operations Director

Mr. Mushoke is the Operations Director at CPS Engineering Enterprise Limited. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Copperbelt University. Mr. Mushoke brings extensive experience and expertise in project management from design stage through to commissioning.

Nasilele Nasilele

Projects Director

Mr. Nasilele is the Projects Director at CPS Engineering Enterprise Limited. He holds a Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Zambia (UNZA). He brings knowledge of construction and project management of rural and urban developmental infrastructures, with exemplary skill from design to supervision of structural works, civil works, and water and sewer networks.

He brings vast experience in finance and accounts management, with core competencies in ensuring transparency and integrity of transactions, risk strategies, fraud prevention, and quality financial operations.
